Firstly, thank you very much for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

I have been engaged in this education industry for the past 6 years. I’m a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. I work efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team.

I seek new challenges and try to think out of the box while looking for creative solutions to a given problem. Beside the details given in my resume; I believe in character values, vision, and action.

I’m a quick learner and believe in learning from my mistakes for I strongly feel that this virtue will take me ahead in life & career.

What are your strengths and weaknesses examples?

Strength: 

I always maintain consistency in my work that helps me to improve myself. I am a very honest person with a positive attitude that increases my confidence.

Weakness:

I am not comfortable until I finish my work in a given time & I’m a very straightforward person. I can’t say no if someone asks for help.

Are you willing to relocate?

Yes, I am willing to relocate because it is a great opportunity to work with different people and the environment. I will get more knowledge and I will meet freely, I’m adjusted them.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

In 5 years, I see myself capable of handling more digits in my accounts.

As a fresher, I like to improve my knowledge and skills along with my experience.

For the first 2 Years, I will learn from the highly experienced person of your organization.

And the next 3 to 5 Years, I will see myself in more senior leading person with more responsibilities and accepting newer challenges.

How would you feel about working night & weekend shifts?

According to me, Generally I don’t prefer to work late night. I tried to complete my desired work on the time. And if sometimes. It requires to work at the weekends then I can do that also, but sometimes.

Because we all are humans we need time for or family and we should maintain a proper balance between our personal and professional life for work effectively.

There is no problem for me to work at night and weekend, that is also good for me to learn more things easily.

Explain your project in detail?

I have worked on many projects throughout my career what’s really crucial for me when starting one is to get very clear on the goals right at the start and then create a plan with milestones.

I also like dealing with the most difficult part of the projects early on that way in case there are any significant issues, I’ll still have a nice amount of time to complete before the deadline. I also typically break down large tasks into smaller chunks, so that it is easier to know where to start.

One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on was a “ONLINE JOB PORTAL” project. I found it so interesting because of the impact it had on career opportunity for freshers students. I also enjoyed working with the rest of the team members. I think it was such a joy to be able to see a project from start to finish. I really learned a lot about teamwork, communication and the important of making and sticking a plan.

Description:

This project is aimed at developing an online search portal, which serves jobseeker to find available job vacancies and employers to identify eligible job seekers with the prospect of selecting the most qualified candidates.

Why did you choose the project topic?

Because, A job portal is a website that bridges a gap between employers and job seekers. Companies can advertise their vacancies and search through applications and CV’s of potential employees; Candidate can create profile for themselves with all search and apply to job posted on the site. That’s why I choose this topic.

What is your role in the project?

I was team/group leader for project “ONLINE JOB PORTAL”.

I also regularly manage the front end to create a responsive website. Fix issues in social media handles and mostly work on HTML, CSS, JavaScript & also creating website layout as well.

What major challenges and problems did you face during project implementation?

Inadequate skills of team members.
